Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Klik Marketing ("Klik," "we," "us," or "our") operates klikmarketing.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact or audit-request form, we collect your name, email address, the type of organization you represent, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors find and use the Site. These tools set cookies and collect information such as IP address (truncated/anonymized by Google), browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source, and on-site actions, so we can measure and improve our site and marketing. Our hosting provider may also log basic technical data (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and performance. We do not sell this information.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser. For more on how Google handles data, see Google's Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide requested services (including free marketing audits)
- To communicate with you about your project or our services
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your information is stored and shared
Form submissions are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase), the Site is hosted by Vercel, contact emails are delivered through Resend, and analytics are processed by Google (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager). These service providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We share personal information only with such service providers, when required by law, or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and manage inquiries, and then for a reasonable period for business records. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at eric@klikmarketing.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
